4. Return & Exchange Policy
Right of Return
In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date provided that:
- The product remains in its original condition
- The product has not been used
- The original packaging is intact
- All accessories and the original invoice are included
This applies unless the product falls under legally excluded non-returnable categories.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Cases
Returns or exchanges shall not be accepted in the following cases:
- Physical damage, misuse, or mishandling after delivery
- Removed or damaged serial number
- Missing original packaging or essential accessories
- Opened, activated, or installed products that cannot be resold as new
- Software products, digital products, or prepaid/recharge cards

6. Manufacturing Defects & Warranty
If a manufacturing defect appears during the warranty period or within the first 14 days from delivery:
- The product will be inspected by the authorized service center or official distributor.
- If the defect is confirmed, the company may:

- Replace the product
- Refund the product value
in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law and based on the product’s technical condition.
Customers shall not bear any shipping or inspection fees in confirmed manufacturing defect cases.
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during purchase.
- Refund processing may take between 7 to 14 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.
- Shipping and service fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by the company or due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.
